SA-CR5900 Wire taping machine for multi spot wrapping is a low maintenance as well as reliable machine, The number of tape wrapping circles can be set, e.g. 2, 5, 10 wraps. Two tape distance can be set directly on the machine’s display, the machine will automatically wrap one point, then automatically pull the product for the second point wrapping, allowing multiple point wrapping with high overlap, saving production time and reducing production cost.

1. The whole processing area is intelligently designed with simple structure, the whole machine adopts closed-loop stepping drive to make the machine more stable and precise.
2. In YZ direction, the machine is equipped with high precision Taiwan TBI/HIWIN imported ball screws and wire rails;
3. Pneumatic components are adopted Taiwan Yadei cylinder, the overall transmission gap of the equipment is small, sensitive action, high precision and stable performance.
4. It is suitable for tape winding processing of flat and round products with high precision requirements.
