SA-FS2400 Single end crimping seal insert machine. SA-FS2400 is Design for Full Automatic Wire Seal Insertion Machine , One end seal insert and terminal crimping, Machine automatic first cutting stripping ,then seal insert terminal crimping terminal .
The standard applicator is precision OTP applicator , generally different terminals can be used in different applicator that it’s easy to replace, If you need to use for European style mould, we can also provide customized machine, and we also can provide the Europe applicator , can also be equipped with terminal pressure monitor, real-time monitoring of the pressure curve of each crimping process changes, if the pressure is abnormal, automatic alarm shutdown.
Waterproof plugs with automatic feeding device, different sizes of waterproof plugs can be replaced feeding guide and fixtures, so that a machine can achieve a variety of products processing.
Color touch screen operation interface, intuitive and easy to understand the parameter settings, different processing products can be deposited into different programs, convenient for next time use.

2. If cutting length ≥800mm, Suggest match one conveyor belt to collect wire .
3. It's availabe for both OTP horizontal mould and OPT and it can change to use quickly
