SA-BH3000
The busbar heat shrinkable sleeve baking equipment is made of stainless steel. The high temperature area has a large space and a long distance. It is suitable for batch production, and can also meet the requirements for baking the heat shrinkable sleeves of special large size buses. The work pieces processed by this equipment have the same appearance, beautiful and generous, without bulge and scorch.
The original use of open flame and a large number of manpower are eliminated. It only takes 2~3 people to use this equipment to completely produce 7~8 tons of copper bars per day.
In the electrical part, the digital display intelligent PID temperature controller is used to set the temperature freely, automatically control, and achieve high sensitivity temperature difference control through the contact less relay SSR (SCR). Automatic control and insulation when the set temperature is reached. Multiple layers of protection are combined to ensure the safety and reliability of use.
