1.It integrates automatic wire pre-feeding, straightening, length-based cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, and waterproof grommet insertion, making it suitable for high-precision waterproof wire harnesses. All critical parameters, including cut depth, cutting length, strip length, insulation retention depth, and grommet insertion position, are digitally controlled.
2.The machine employs guide wheels for length-based wire feeding and utilizes lead screw-slide servo coordination for stripping and crimping. It performs stripping, terminal crimping, and waterproof grommet insertion at both the front and rear ends.
3.Features front and rear "cross-shaped" XY-axis ball screw dual-guide servo systems, ensuring precise stripping, grommet insertion, and crimping. Operation is smooth, with fast response and low noise.
4.Equipped with three cutter sets. The center cutter set handles cutting or primary stripping. An additional cutter set on each side (front and rear) handles stripping after grommet insertion. The process order (strip-then-insert or insert-then-strip) is fully selectable. Cutter sets are driven by ball screw and guide servo systems, featuring a 5-blade linear in-line configuration on the same plane. Cutting, front stripping, and rear stripping operate independently. The front guide tube can pass through the cutter to guide wire directly to the rear translational clamp, accommodating both long and short wires. Both front and rear strippers have dedicated insulation suction devices for clean removal.
5.2-ton cast crimping press with precise and wear-resistant slides. Includes horizontal and vertical terminal scrap cutting and discharge mechanisms.
6.Main components (e.g., feeding mechanism, cutter sets, pneumatic clamps) are made of corrosion-resistant, precision-ground parts for extended service life.
