SA-XZ120This machine is widely used in new energy wire, large jacketed wire and power cable, the use of double knife cooperation,rotary knife is responsible for cutting the jacket, The other knife is responsible for cutting wire and pull-off outer jacket. The advantage of the rotary blade is that the jacket can be cut flat and with high positional accuracy, so that the peeling effect of the outer jacket is best and burr-free, improving the product quality.
In order to simplify the operation process for the operators and improve the working efficiency, the operating system has a built-in 100-group (0-99) variable memory, which can store 100 groups of production data, and the processing parameters of different wires can be stored in different programme numbers, which is convenient for next time use.
With a 10" colour touch screen, the user interface and parameters are very easy to understand and use. The operator can operate the machine quickly with only simple training.

This machine adopts 24 wheel drive, servo motor and belt feeding, making the cable without embossing and scratching, front peeling: 1-250mm, rear peeling: 1-150mm, special requirements can be customised, This machine supports a maximum of 6 layers of wire stripping, each layer of cutting and peeling parameters can be set directly. Multi-layer cables can be stripped layer by layer.
